About the roleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with strong Photoshop skills to join our game production team. In this role, you will support the design of game pack assets, including thumbnails, banners, promotional materials, and in-game visual elements. You will work closely with senior designers and game artist teams, to ensure high-quality visuals that align with our brand and game visuals that align with ourResponsibilitiesCreate game pack assets using art provided by the art team, such as:ThumbnailsBanners (static and animated)IconsBasic UI elementsaphic assets in the required formats and resolutionsPrepare and export graphic assets in the required formats and resolutions.Adapt and optimize assets for various platforms and formatsFollow established branding and art guidelines to ensure consistency across all games and platformsWork with game designers and senior artists to iterate on visual conceptsAssist in improving existing graphical assets when neededStay updated with industry trends in game art and graphic designOrganize and maintain design files and asset librariesRequirementsBasic experience in Graphic Design (1-2 years or strong portfolio preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a mustUnderstanding of design priciples: composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy, and layoutAbility to follow visual direction and adapt to game art stylesStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentA portfolio showcasing relevant design work (game-related work is a strong advantage)Fluent in English, both verbally and writtenNice to haveExperience with Illustrator or other design toolsBasic knowledge of motion graphics (After effects or similar)Passion for games and familiarity with visual trends in the gaming industryGood to knowPlease send us your portfolio or a link to your portfolio.
