Bookkeeping [ Remote ]
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles. This role involves a variety of accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and possesses strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals. - Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing. - Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis. - Prepare and process payroll in accordance with company policies and regulations. - Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. - Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation. - Respond to inquiries from management and clients regarding financial transactions. - Perform any other related duties as assigned.
