QBO Certified ProAdvisors Wanted! Seasonal | Remote | $25/hour + Incentives/Perks | 401K + Match Opportunity Highlights: • Flexible schedules – Monday through Friday from 8 am - 6 pm PST • Work November through the end of April (potentially longer!) • 100% Remote (U.S. only) • Growth potential JDA TSG is hiring Seasonal/Remote Team Members with expertise in everything QuickBooks Online for the upcoming tax season. If you have 3 years of professional experience using QBO for bookkeeping and are looking for remote work, we would love to speak with you about joining our team! QuickBooks ProAdvisor / QBO Level One Certification is required. Who You Are: • You are a book-balancing maestro with a sharp eye for detail. • QuickBooks Online is your second language, and you have a knack for making numbers behave. • More than that, you are someone with a positive attitude and a get-it-done mindset. What You’ll Be Doing: • Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, you will evaluate, provide guidance, and answer customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and anything else that may look off to you in our customers’ books. • Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure all follow-up communication is executed timely. • Research regulations to support guidance. What You Bring to the Table: • QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification • 3+ years in using QBO in similar bookkeeping roles. • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks. • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software. • High degree of customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed (DSL, cable, Fiber) internet connection. (No Satellite.)
