The Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper is a numbers wizard who is responsible for maintaining financial records of clients, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reports.

Prior experience with QuickBooks Online (bonus points if you know Gusto and/or law firm case management systems)
Prior experience with recording payroll journal entries
You are incredibly detail-oriented
Clear and professional verbal and written communication
Comfortable on Zoom and/or phone calls with clients to explain bookkeeping matters
Extra bonus points if you have experience with legal three-way trust reconciliation!
