BOOKKEEPER remote for Family Law Firm
Join a solo practice dynamic Family Law Firm as a remote Bookkeeper, ONLY handling client invoices! Your expertise will keep our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. This vital role offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a compassionate legal environment dedicated to supporting families. You’ll manage all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring precise financial records of client billing, timely reconciliations, and insightful reporting that help our team serve clients effectively. MUST BE KNOWLEDGABLE FULLY on PRACTICE PANTHER. Your proactive approach and technical skills will empower us to maintain compliance and financial integrity at every step.
• NEED NOT APPLY IF NOT FAMILIAR WITH PRACTICE PANTHER LAW FIRM SOFTWARE.
• Maintain and update the firm’s financial records using accounting software /Practice Panther
• Conduct CLIENT balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting to uphold financial integrity.
• Bill regularly to legal insurance as well as private cients
• * Proven experience in bookkeeping within a legal or professional services environment is highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting software excel and Practice Panther
• Prior work in accounting with law firms utilizing Practice Panther.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
