Bookkeeper-Quickbooks
Summary
We are seeking a certified U.S. bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online and experience with S-Corp bookkeeping practices. Your primary responsibility will be to complete the 2025 entries/transactions for our companies so the accountant can pull the information for tax preparation. There are two accounts: 1) Service Business(S-Corp) & 2) Commercial Property (LLC). The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensure our financial records are accurate and compliant.
Ongoing work may be available based on performance and needs. Our bookkeeper retired after keeping the books for several years. Based on the current volume, we have been updating our QuickBooks quarterly, as most expenses are automatically downloaded into QuickBooks. We plan to grow the business, so we need someone who can be available for additional hours.
