Bookkeeper for Simple Books
ā¢ *Job Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to oversee our financial records and ensure precision in our bookkeeping processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately categorizing all transactions & loan transfers while offering insights on financial best practices.
We use Quickbooks for the books and the Float App for projections.
ā¢ *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver Profit and Loss statements every Tuesday and Friday.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations.
- Provide expert advice on budgeting and financial reporting strategies.
- Categorize my personal transactions as well.
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial management is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to start immediately.
Note
-On average my books take 4-5 hours per month. Everything has been kept up to date by a professional bookkeeper, they took a full time job and aren't able to continue, so looking for someone new.
Will want to do a quick video call, then get started.
