Book keeper - Quickbooks Online
I have a small personal injury, law firm as well as a small real estate business.
I keep my books through QuickBooks online. My books are in great shape currently.
Unfortunately, I lost my bookkeeper who was able to reconcile my books monthly via QuickBooks online.
I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can affordably and efficiently reconcile my accounts on a monthly basis and also help with any Quickbooks issues I have. Cost is a factor.
My businesses are not complex. My businesses do not involve thousands of monthly transactions. They dowload into QBO. They get categorized the same way every month.
The Law business has less than 100 transactions per month, and often has under 50. My real estate business has maybe 50 transactions per month tops, usually less, and as I said, they have already been categorized and tagged except for March 2025.
Since the accounts have been set up and have been operating properly, reconciling the accounts should not be that difficult or time-consuming.
One wrinkle is that for 2024, I need all transactions in a particular checking account to be moved from profit and loss to balance sheet.
I am looking for some affordability here, so those looking to maximize their profits should look elsewhere.
If you are a full service accountant, can do taxes, and can reconcile monthly for a reasoable rate, we should talk, as well, since I am not happy/not unhappy with my current Accountant.
But for now, book keeper is the need.
If you can help, this will be a remote, long term arrangement.
I am low maintenance. I jsut want to stop paying taes late and paying penalties for late filings.
