Friendly and supportive work environment Position Summary: bolthires Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist bolthires members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. Join the team and share knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of bolthires Travel. Job Duties/Essential Functions: ? Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.? Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations. ? Confirms reservations accurately. ? Communicates members? needs to other support departments. ? Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery: ? Computer, phone (headset), printer, copier Non-Essential Functions: ? Assists in other areas of the department as necessary. ? Assists in other areas of the company as necessary. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery: ?Same asEssential Functions Experience, Skills, Education &Licenses/Certifications: Required:: ? Effective listening and communication skills. ? Excellent customer service skills. ? Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute. ? Detail-oriented approach to work. Recommended: : ? Sales experience (preferably phone sales). ? Travel industry experience. ? Call center experience. ? Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing work environment. ? Experience with bolthires Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer. ? Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, and holidays.? High school diploma or GED. Other Conditions: ?
