Summary:
Seeking a Board certified Doctor of Medicine or a Doctor of Osteopathy in specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Three years minimum work experience in the health insurance industry, extensive knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Peer reviewer will serve as a source of medical information to provide guidance or coverage determination as needed in certain claims review situations. Will conduct primary reviews or secondary level medical reviews to validate the initial findings.
Statutory Requirements: Must be in-state, like-licensed, and actively practicing.
Additional Requirements: Spanish speaking and reading
Degree/Specialty: Applied Behavioral Analysis and Psychology
