We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Woodbridge / Perth Amboy area.
We offer flexible per diem scheduling as well as the option to take on a full caseload, ideal for BCBAs looking for consistent hours, dependable income, and ongoing clinical support. Whether you’re newly certified or highly experienced, we’re here to support your growth.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs / Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers
• Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach
• Monitor and adjust programs based on data and team input
What You Bring
• Active BCBA certification and NJ license
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Experience in home-based ABA or community settings preferred
• Strong documentation, supervision, and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
