Blue Yonder Retail Planning Architect / Senior Consultant

What we're looking for Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is looking for a Senior Consultant or Architect to join our connected planning & fulfillment solutions with deep expertise across the Blue Yonder Retail Planning suite. This role is ideal for a functional or technical leader with a strong track record of driving end-to-end retail planning implementations—including Enterprise Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, Allocation, Replenishment, and more. You’ll work directly with global clients, helping them connect strategy to shelf through better planning, better visibility, and smarter execution. BRIEF SNAPSHOT Location Remote Travel As required by Client Target Compensation $90,000–$230,000 USD, plus bonus Required qualifications Here’s what you need to bring to the table: • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role. • 5–7+ years of experience delivering retail-focused supply chain planning solutions • At least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Blue Yonder Retail Planning tools, such as: • Enterprise Planning • Merchandise Financial Planning • Assortment Planning • Allocation & Replenishment • Size Scaling • Floor & Space Planning • Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, training, and deployment • Strong understanding of best practices in retail merchandising, planning, and execution • Comfort mapping business processes to software configurations and documenting solution specs clearly • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and collaboration Experience that's a plus You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with: • Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake or cloud ecosystems like Microsoft Azure • Familiarity with Blue Yonder solution architecture and technical integrations • Experience working with global retail or CPG clients across multiple merchandising categories • Strong stakeholder management and comfort presenting to client executives What you'll actually do • Lead or co-lead the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Retail Planning solutions • Act as the functional or technical liaison for clients, managing project stakeholders, super users, and technical teams • Apply your industry knowledge to uncover and align business requirements to Blue Yonder solution capabilities • Document solution design specifications to drive aligned configuration, build, and testing • Manage system integration, support UAT and deployment, and ensure a seamless client transition to go-live • Identify requirements that may fall outside of scope or standard solution capabilities—and help shape resolution paths • Deliver business value within project timelines, scope, and quality expectations Additional info Pay Range: $90,000-230,000 USD + Bonus The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA.
