As the manager, you will help drive the roadmap working alongside your product counterparts, ensuring both technical innovation and business priorities, and you will oversee the growth and development of a team of passionate engineers, ensuring both technical and professional growth.We'll trust you to:Mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ad experiences.Define and execute a strategic roadmap for ad products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Take ownership of technical solutions, development, and delivery to production.Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career development for team members.Explore and evaluate the value of new and emerging web technologies.Be or become a subject matter expert in the technologies you work with.You'll need to have:5+ years of experience working with modern frontend technologies like Node.js, React, Vue.js, or Typescript.2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and coaching technical teams, and influencing third party technology strategy.Salary Range = 200000-300000 USD Annually + Benefits + BonusThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
