Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable blockchain solutions and protocols.
• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot).
• Architect and develop decentralized applications (dApps) from conception to deployment.
• Integrate blockchain technology with existing applications and systems using APIs and SDKs.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on debugging and optimizing blockchain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and deliver innovative features.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, cryptography, and distributed ledger systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation and maintain clear communication within the remote team.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in at least one blockchain-specific programming language (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go, Vyper).
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and decentralized networks.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment on platforms like Ethereum (EVM-compatible chains) or similar.
• Familiarity with web3 libraries (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js) and blockchain development tools.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, self-directed environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions, sidechains, or cross-chain interoperability.
• Knowledge of various consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
• Understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and their implementations.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and formal verification of smart contracts.
