Crypto Operations Specialist – Fireblocks Job Description We are seeking a Crypto Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Fireblocks to support the secure management, movement, and reconciliation of digital assets. The ideal candidate will have strong operational, technical, and compliance awareness in blockchain-based transactions. Responsibilities • Manage and monitor digital asset transactions through Fireblocks console and related tools. • Execute secure transfers, approvals, and settlement workflows using MPC-based custody. • Maintain and optimize Fireblocks policies, including user roles, transaction rules, and whitelists. • Assist with wallet creation, vault setup, and key management lifecycle activities. • Work with internal teams to resolve transaction delays, settlement exceptions, and wallet issues. • Perform daily reconciliations of crypto balances across multiple exchanges, wallets, and custodians. • Support onboarding of new tokens, blockchains, and integrations within the Fireblocks environment. • Ensure operational compliance with internal controls, AML procedures, and audit requirements. Requirements • 2+ years experience in crypto custody, operations, or blockchain-based financial services. • Prior experience with Fireblocks (MPC wallets, policy engine, transaction console). • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, digital asset transfers, and wallet security. • Experience with exchanges, custodial platforms, and Web3 tools. • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. • Ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
