We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe.About the roleAs a Biträdande verksamhetschef at Neko Health, you will combine hands-on clinical work with team leadership responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in both delivering high-quality health screenings and guiding the day-to-day performance of our clinic operators.In your clinical capacity, you will perform a range of health assessments including ECGs, grip strength and eye pressure measurements, blood sampling and analysis, and ensure accurate documentation. You will also be the first point of contact for our members, offering exceptional service and creating a welcoming and professional environment.In your leadership role, you will support and develop the clinic operator team through coaching, quality assurance, and operational oversight. You’ll help ensure that clinical standards are upheld, workflows run smoothly, and team members are empowered to deliver excellent care.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients while also being involved in leading and improving team performance. You will work closely with experienced doctors, fellow operators, and the wider clinic team—contributing to both clinical excellence and continuous improvement.Working hoursThis is a full-time position with a six-month probation period. During the first three months, you will focus entirely on clinical service provision. After that,the role shifts to two days of management and three days of clinical service provision per week. Key management responsibilities Line management of clinic operatorsPerforming regular 121s and sit ins with clinic operatorsRecruitment of clinic staffCascading and implementing changes to practiceEnsuring compliance with clinical SOPs and protocolsMonitoring KPIsOverseeing incident reporting and risk managementReviewing the quality of medical care providedProviding feedback to operators on the quality of their medical careMonitoring and feeding back on rebooking rate and customer satisfactionManage operator staffing to ensure 100% uptimeWork closely with the Clinical Site Manager and Clinical Lead GP to run the clinic Key service provision responsibilities Conduct thorough Neko Health scan on membersProvide world class hospitality care when engaging with membersDemonstrate precise phlebotomy skillsWork calmly under pressure when encountering tech issuesPay high attention to hygiene and cleanlinessEnsure inventory stock is maintained at an appropriate levelContribute to clinical quality improvement activity Collaborate with teams across Neko to develop and improve our technology Work flexibly, adapt and update your skills as the role requires Qualifications Proficiency in Swedish and English Healthcare educationbackground Solution orientatedThoroughunderstanding of health screening and diagnostic proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learningPrevious team management experience is a plus Additional Information We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development.
