BioProcess Technician II | 1st Shift
Our client, a leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a BioProcess Technician 1st Shift to join their team. As a BioProcess Technician II | 1st Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting process support areas with varying levels of automation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: BioProcess Technician II | 1st shift Location: Sanford, North Carolina Pay Range: $26/hr What's the Job? • Support manufacturing operations on the production floor for Fill team/process support areas with varying levels of automation. • Follow SOPs and batch records for unit operations to ensure compliance and quality. • Assist in operating manufacturing equipment related to process equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment, automation, and process issues on the manufacturing floor. • Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. What's Needed? • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with no experience required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using standard manufacturing equipment and tools. • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
