Learn about BAP Program HEREWho may applyCurrent university students Responsibilities Supporting the recruitment team and hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle across global business unitsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking systemCoordinating, scheduling and managing interview logistics across multiple time zones and locationsDeveloping and posting job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring manager and teamPre-screening resumes and ensuring all necessary HR forms and documents are tracked and filed accordinglyWorking on other ad-hoc projects as required Requirements Bachelor Degree in any disciplines (on-going), Human Resource related is a strong advantageExcellent communication skillsHas a strong willingness to learn and ability to work in fast-paced environmentBeing data-driven & meticulous to detailsExperienced in excel and commit to a minimal 3 months full-time /part-time work arrangement
