Learn about BAP Program HEREWho may applyCurrent university students who can work at least 4 days per week for 6 months Responsibilities: Responsible for the analysis of content recommendations, user feedback, author operations for Square.Responsible for analyzing the use effect of new product features, and optimizing product features with data as the driving forcePerform regular monitoring of key operational metrics, to provide prompt feedback to business stakeholders of any anomaly or actionable insight observedConduct in-depth analysis on metrics (SLAs, non-compliant area, unexpected trading, capacity/utilization) to identify areas to improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver such use casesSafeguard internal dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and consistencyAble to juggle between multiple tasks and manage priorities from different teamsSupport data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication and requirement alignment Requirements: Undergraduate or postgraduate with strong business data analytical skills (e.g. Data/business analytics programs)Strong ownership & down to earth mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work doneAbility to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with collaborative mindsetPractical experience/skill of SQL, Python with data analyticsInternship experience in Cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companiesBilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
