BIM Lead (Mechanical/Plumbing)
Join a fast-growing BIM/VDC team as a BIM Lead (Mechanical/Plumbing), driving coordination, fabrication modeling, and advanced VDC workflows for large commercial projects nationwide. This fully remote role lets you lead high-level MEP coordination while shaping BIM standards, improving project efficiency, and supporting cutting-edge virtual construction practices. What You’ll Do: • Lead MP/Plumbing integration and clash coordination across major commercial projects • Manage BIM models, produce fabrication-ready content, and support spooling workflows • Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards for MEP systems • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline project delivery • Review models for accuracy, quality, and constructability • Provide documentation, detailing, and technical support for advanced workflows What You Bring: • 3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience leading MEP coordination • Strong background in ITM/fabrication parts, mechanical piping, and plumbing systems • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360/ACC • Understanding of construction documents and the design–build process • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills • Experience with Laser Scanning, Drones, or Total Stations is a plus Role Details: • Pay: $75K–$110K (DOE; $110K for top-tier leadership experience) • Location: Milwaukee, WI (Fully Remote) • Schedule: M–F, 8am–5pm • Type: 6-month TTD • Overtime: Occasional • Travel: None • Work Attire: Business casual Perfect for a BIM specialist who thrives in high-coordination environments and wants to influence next-generation MEP/VDC workflows.
