Billing Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Billing System Analyst who will: Act as the first point of contact for incidents, performing initial validation, categorization, and prioritization, and ensuring proper routing to the appropriate teams with clear and complete technical information. Log into production environments to perform operational tasks, initial investigations, and basic issue resolution. Monitor system activities and alerts across multiple products, identifying issues and taking appropriate actions. Ensure end-to-end ticket governance by tracking progress, driving timely resolution, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, even when tickets are handled by other teams. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures. Support service performance tracking by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Extract, analyze, and interpret data from systems to support issue investigation and produce operational and performance reports. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Have experience in a technical support or operations environment, preferably with exposure to production systems. Have experience in telecommunications environments (preferred), with exposure to billing operations such as usage processing, rating, and invoicing cycles. Are comfortable working in production environments, performing operational tasks with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, analyze system behavior, and interpret data. Have a solid understanding of systems, data flows, and application support concepts. Have experience working with data (e.g., extracting, analyzing, or validating data) to support troubleshooting and reporting. Demonstrate clear and professional communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Are organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure. Demonstrate a proactive mindset, taking ownership of issues and driving them through to resolution, while continuously identifying and driving service improvement opportunities.
