As August grows, we’re building product-specific expertise across our team—and we’re looking for a Billing Implementation Manager to lead customers through one of the most operationally critical transitions they’ll make.Billing at August is a modern, intuitive solution that helps communities streamline their invoicing and payment processes, reduce errors, and improve financial transparency for operators and families alike. As our newest product, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, building scalable processes, and helping senior living communities unlock real value from day one.In this role, you will:Lead the implementation of August’s Billing product with senior living operators across North America—from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.Own the full project lifecycle for Billing implementations, ensuring communities are set up for long-term success with accurate configurations and strong workflows.Serve as the product expert for Billing—helping customers navigate setup, integrations, and adoption while collaborating internally to refine our delivery model.Communicate with all levels of the customer organization, from finance and operations leaders to community staff and home office billing teams.Provide strategic feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of Billing based on real-world use and customer input.Lead trainings and launch sessions that build confidence and drive adoption with both back-office and community teams.Develop internal and external resources to support repeatable, high-quality implementations as the product and customer base scale.Collaborate cross-functionally with our CX, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to continuously improve the customer journey and implementation experience.The ideal candidateA minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or ImplementationExperience in billing, accounting, revenue cycle management, or other finance-related fieldExperience working in healthcare, ideally with Senior Living operators You are customer-obsessed; whether your experience is in healthcare or another field, you can point to concrete examples where you helped customers meet and exceed their goals and visionYou are excited to build process where it doesn’t exist and tools to support net new products and featuresOpen to 10-15% travelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout our teamOur team brings together deep expertise in technology, healthcare, and company-building.
