Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate billing and posting transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI developers to provide feedback and training data for billing automation models.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently using billing software and basic Excel functions.
• Ensure timely management and reconciliation of accounts and invoices.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in billing records.
• Communicate complex billing processes and documentation clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal AI tools and workflow optimizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in billing, posting, or related data entry roles.
• Proficiency in billing software and intermediate familiarity with Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and detail.
