They are seeking a Billing and Membership Operations Coordinator to support office membership and billing functions, focusing on customer service, data analysis, and account reconciliations.ResponsibilitiesProvides exceptional customer service/support to all Owned, Independent and Global offices. Problem-solving all issues related to statistical data or billing to resolve customer issues timelyCollaborates with internal departments to meet customer needs; Region Development, Accounts Receivable, etcAnalyzes and reconciles all statistical data/billing discrepancies identified by offices/regional services.
