About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual UltiPro Implementation Consultant with global experience to support a client based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess extensive experience in UltiPro implementation across diverse business environments. This role requires a strong understanding of global HR processes and the ability to navigate the complexities of multi-country deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the implementation of UltiPro for the client, ensuring alignment with global HR processes and standards.
• Work closely with the client to understand their specific requirements and customize UltiPro configurations to meet their needs.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, from planning to go-live.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful integration of UltiPro across different regions.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams in both Spanish and English to ensure effective use of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience as an UltiPro Implementation Consultant, with a strong track record of successful global deployments.
• In-depth knowledge of global HR processes and the ability to manage multi-country implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in complex, cross-cultural environments.
• Experience working with clients in Mexico or other Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
