Bilingual Transfer Agent (English/Spanish) – Remote (Commission Only, 1099)

Join our team as a Bilingual Transfer Agent, where you’ll pre-screen clients and ensure seamless transitions to licensed agents—no cold calling or license required!
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys and pre-screen calls with clients (English/Spanish) to assess eligibility for health/Medicare benefits.
• Follow a structured Needs Analysis script (provided) to gather key details (e.g., Medicare status, prescriptions, physician info).
• Use CRM tools to log client data and recommend appropriate plans before transferring to licensed agents.
• Schedule callbacks if transfers are delayed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Spanish (required).
• 1+ year of sales/customer service experience (insurance a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and headset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts/procedures.
• No license needed (this is a non-licensed transfer role).
