About the RoleWe’re hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)Benefits Analyst to support overflow project work across our Large Group Client Success teams. Spanish fluency is required for this role, as some deliverables and communications may need to be prepared in both English and Spanish. This is a 6-month, full-time contract role (40 hours/week) with the potential for extension. The role is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.This position will focus on tactical, behind-the-scenes project work. No direct client ownership or client-facing meetings. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives on detail-oriented work and is comfortable with a contractor setup. What you’ll doIn this role, you’ll provide surge capacity and project support to help our team deliver exceptional results during a busy season.
