We are seeking an SMB Sales Coordinator that is bilingual in English and Spanish to support Toast's top-performing Account Executives with administrative and post-sale tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to both our customers and sales team.
This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring seamless and efficient operations. About this roll* (Responsibilities)
Collaborate closely with Business Operations, Billing, Finance, Onboarding and Sales Teams
Learn the nuances of the sales process from an operational perspective to help ensure timely and accurate documentation
Utilize Salesforce CRM to produce hardware and software quotes to assist Principal Account Executives
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
1 - 2 years of previous work experience requiring strong attention to detail
Ability to work comfortably and effectively with teammates and colleagues in cross-functional roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical aptitude to master existing CRM as well as overcome future challenges with processes and systems
Self-driven motivation to complete a project smoothly and efficiently
Ability to deal with objections appropriately
Strong to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced shifting environment
Preferably Associate’s or Bachelor's degree

Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, plus the eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.Total Targeted Cash$63,000—$101,000 USD
