Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff, managers, and directors to align resources and services for patient-centered obstetrical care. Manages resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for OB patients, supporting interdisciplinary and cross-facility collaboration and communication. Tracks program performance in line with facility goals, identifying opportunities to streamline care practices using evidence-based guidelines. Serves as a liaison between patients, families, primary care physicians, internal and external care providers, specialists, and the wider healthcare community.
