Summary of duties: Provide the highest level of Serviceship to all patients, internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting patients with physical injuries from trauma. Serve as a liaison for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence.
Duties & Essential Functions:
Provide detailed solutions and answers to all inquiries.
Effectively manage needs by directing callers to the appropriate contacts
Support Complete Care office staff to conduct outbound communication with patients as needed.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Accepting of change or diversity within the workplace
Work closely with internal staff to ensure smooth processes.
Ability and willingness to exude passion and empathy.
Other related duties as the job requires.
Skills & Expectations:
Possess exemplary communication skills, both written and oral with patients and staff
Ability to perform individually and as a team member.
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
Absorb knowledge about the company to effectively communicate and answer any questions from patients.
