The Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist will manage partner relationships, optimize store operations, and utilize data analysis to enhance partner experiences and retention.ResponsibilitiesDrive store portfolio success through phone, email and text communication, to optimize store operations and take proactive measures to enhance the experience for your partnersBuild strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs while serving as a subject matter expert to proactively identify opportunities to grow supply and meals savedConduct analysis of store performance based on KPIs and continuously manage proactive processes to identify growth opportunities, ensure a high retention rate, reduce refunds, and improve partner and customer experienceDevelop in-depth knowledge of our internal tools such as Looker, Salesforce, Ninja and MyStoreCollaborate with Sales to ensure the successful onboarding of partnersContribute meaningfully to projects focused on improving key KPIs from start to finish with some manager and team support, completing call lists and campaign actions in a timely mannerHave an in-depth knowledge of Too Good To Go’s internal operations and collaborate with marketing, finance, strategy & planning, product, and/or other teams to best support partner needs, as well as communicate feedback for improvementsWork intimately with the Care Team on specific cases as a partner advocate to continuously help improve user experience + educationBe a team player: offer coverage for other partner managers who are out of office, assist with projects, occasionally host weekly team meetings, etcSkillsBilingual or business proficiency in SpanishExperience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Sales, Account Management or Customer ServiceExperience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and Excel/Google SheetsAnalytical and used to work with KPIs and targetsTerrific talkers (and listeners) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phoneA data-driven problem solver: putting your affinity for numbers and analytical mindset to use in identifying areas of opportunityExcellent written communication skills; someone who can be clear and friendly in a text conversation or email exchange with partnersExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAn empathetic and patient approachAutonomous and independent - you are able to schedule your time and juggle multiple tasks at a timeA positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organization and take initiativeA team-player who is keen to learn, collaborate and bring your ideas to the tableGeneral knowledge of the food and/or hospitality industryGeneral knowledge of tech marketplace/SAAS customer success principlesBenefitsFlexible Work & Time OffTake 20 paid vacation days each yearTake paid parental leave with top-up supportWork abroad for up to 30 days a year100% Employer paid health coverage options for employee (Includes medical EPO plan, dental, and vision)Get support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which includes mental health care, legal and financial advice, child and eldercare, and moreStay active with monthly ClassPass credits and our bike mobility programPlan for your future with a 401K, including an employer-matched contributionJoin regular social events and team celebrationsEnjoy coffee and snacks in our welcoming office spaceCompany OverviewToo Good To Go is a global social impact company that connects users with partners to rescue unsold food and stop it from going to waste.
