Bilingual Outside Sales Associate

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Associate to establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers. The role involves traveling to customer facilities, selling products, and providing high levels of customer service in the assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesTravel to customers and potential customer’s facilities providing them with information and support as required to secure and maintain businessEstablish, maintain, and develop business, social, and civic relationships with customers in the assigned territory to maximum profitabilityResponsible for selling Wismettac products to all customers in the assigned territoryGrow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer serviceUnderstand and execute the sales plan and price adjustments based on management’s instructionsCommunicate plans to customers and effectively manage resources to support sales volumeCommunicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathering through field activity to appropriate company staffCooperate with the accounting department to assure the collection of accounts receivable dueAssist in establishing sales objectives for the territory in cooperation with (Deputy) Area Team Managers or (Assistant) Sales ManagersCooperate with assigned Operation and Logistic staff to achieve territory sales goalsProvide timely reporting of activities in the field to assist in business and product planningSubmits sales activity reports and other reports as neededAttend quarterly inventory countOther duties as assignedSkillsJapanese or Korean / English requiredHigh School Degree / GED1-2 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry is desiredFamiliarity with Wismettac products and servicesBasic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing softwareExcellent oral and written communication skillsHave a valid drivers licenseKnowledge of Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with the sales staff, management, and clientsStrong communication and conversation skillsAbility to be cooperative and able to work as part of a teamAbility to verify, draft, and update database quickly and accuratelyAbility to travel to customer's locationAbility to learn Oracle ERP softwareAbility to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under various time constraintsAbility to perform his or her job responsibilities as the workload fluctuates; multitask and keep projects progressing simultaneouslyAbility to be outgoing, courteous, genuine, and approachableAbility to be self-confident and mature, with a positive attitude and approach to workBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceCompany OverviewWismettac Asian Foods is a wholesale company that provides Asian food products.
