Bilingual Onsite Health Educator

Develop and deliver health education programs and workshops to employees in a bilingual setting.
Create comprehensive and culturally sensitive educational materials on various health and wellness topics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate health education events and initiatives.
Conduct assessments and surveys to identify the health education needs of employees.
Provide one-on-one counseling and support to employees seeking guidance on health and wellness topics.
Maintain accurate records and track the progress of health education programs.
Stay up-to-date on current health and wellness trends and incorporate them into education programs.
Act as a resource for employees seeking information about health and wellness resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees of diverse backgrounds.
Serve as a liaison between Cigna and community organizations to promote health education initiatives.
Collaborate with other health educators to share best practices and continuously improve education programs.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures while carrying out job responsibilities.
Communicate effectively with employees of all levels and backgrounds, both orally and in writing.
Represent Cigna in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of health education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
