• Bilingual in Spanish and English in both reading and writing.
• Experience in collections.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willingness to give 100% every day and determined to stay focused and work in an error-free role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete work in a timely manner.
• Must have a pleasant phone voice and customer service skills.
• Efficiency and strong organization skills are a must.
