Your Responsibilities: Making a Difference One Interaction at a Time Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, responding innovatively to their questions, concerns, and issues. Connect with customers, empathizing with their needs, and resolving their issues efficiently while de-escalating any tense situations. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Process requests for assistance, including potential payment processing, with accuracy and care. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes, contributing to service improvements. Provide valuable feedback on recurring issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Here are the qualifications we're looking for: Essential Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries. At least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent (GED). Typing speed of 30 words per minute or faster. Comfortable with desktop computer systems and proficient in using Windows operating systems. Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of call center experience, with a background in handling customer service inquiries via multiple channels. Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions. Sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
