About the Role: Bilingual Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professionals to join our Healthcare team as Bilingual Prescription Benefits Specialists. In this vital role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, supporting U.S. based customers with their prescription healthcare benefits questions and concerns. This includes addressing inquiries about claims, deductibles, coverage details, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Answering inbound calls in both English and Spanish from U.S. customers, professionally addressing their questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
Providing comprehensive information about insurance coverage, including details about what is included in the customer's benefit plan, addressing copays, and assisting with coverage determination requests
Handling prescription refills with accuracy, providing order status updates, and tracking shipments to ensure customers receive their medications on time
Educating customers on online self-service options for account updates and providing technical troubleshooting assistance for these digital platforms
Empathizing with customers and resolving their concerns with patience and understanding to simplify their overall healthcare experience
Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy while maintaining productivity standards
Adapting to change by learning new call types when business needs evolve and flexing your support to cover those areas as required
Maintaining professionalism while representing arenaflex values in every customer interaction
Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and customer history tracking
Meeting performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards


Work From Home Requirements

High-speed internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed (Satellite, Wi-Fi, or Cellular/Wireless carrier hotspot or internet services are not acceptable)
Hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to your modem/router that you own and are responsible for maintaining
Company equipment including PC, mouse, keyboard, and other necessary peripherals will be shipped to you by arenaflex to use on your network
Dedicated workspace that is quiet, secured, and free from distractions during work hours
USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone for clear, professional communication
Ability to maintain a professional home office environment that meets ergonomic and productivity standards


Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Fluency in both English and Spanish – must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, both verbally and in writing
Age requirement – must be 18 years or older
Education – high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience – minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (entry-level position)
Customer-focused personality with a genuine desire to help people and solve their problems
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
Availability – full-time schedule flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends
Background check – willing to submit to a drug test and background investigation
Legal authorization – must be legally authorized to work in the United States
