Your Title: Funding AssociateYour Location: Remote/Anywhere within the USAYou Report To: Funding ManagerSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm local time (preferably in the PST/CST time zone)Compensation: $21.22/hour + monthly bonus Learn more about our awesome Funding Department About the Opportunity:First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for five years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Funding department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The primary role of the Funding Associate will be ensuring loan packages received are worthy of becoming an asset for the company while providing high quality support to our dealer partners.What you will do: Your duties include, but are not limited to: You will be using company approved internet databases and phone tools to skip trace and locate customers/collateral and/or other parties to:Verify that all funding packages submitted by dealers meet FHF quality standardsConduct phone verification of personal and employment information for prospective clientsVerify the veracity of all information provided during application and funding process while screening for possible fraudulent documentationActively manage incoming emails from dealerships and other departments regarding the loansBe in constant communication with dealerships regarding the status of their funding packages, both through emails and phone calls (inbound and outbound)Conduct final funding interviews with prospective clientsAssist other funding associates whenever neededReport and discuss with Funding Manager any potential risk flags not previously knownWork with the rest of the funding team towards meeting FHF weekly/monthly targetsWhat you bring:Demonstrated historical career stabilitySpanish/Portuguese fluencyMinimum of 1 year in Banking or Auto lendingExcellent communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredWilling to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am-6pm local timeAbility to quickly adapt to changesFHF Benefits:Great Perks – We offer generous salaries, competitive health and welfare benefits, paid vacation, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, quarterly social outings, monthly lunches, a robust employee recognition, and training development program to enhance your career with us.Culture - We are believers in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
