Remote Administrative Manager —
Legal field finance company is seeking a highly organized remote administrative manager to support our fast‑paced personal injury plaintiffs funding operations. You’ll help manage case workflows from intake to resolution, and keep our funding pipeline moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Manage new case intakes, enter data accurately, and track files through each stage of the funding process.
• Communicate via email and phone with case referral sources and law firms to request documents, confirm case details, and coordinate case Lifecycles.
• Prepare, proofread, and organize funding agreements, payoff letters, and other documents.
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all case materials are complete and properly stored.
• Coordinate calendars, reminders, and follow‑ups for underwriting and case deadlines.
• Provide professional phone and email support to clients, attorneys, and internal team members.
• Assist with bookkeeping and records keeping tasks such as logging payments and updating internal accounting records.
Qualifications
• Experience in legal funding, personal injury, case management, office management or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high‑volume workflows remotely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital document platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
• Excellent communication In English & Spanish; proofreading, and follow‑through
. Tech‑savvy, reliable, and able to learn new systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
