About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for new families responding to our ads. Your mission: get players in for a free trial session and follow up until they join. Around 60% of your time is warm lead follow-up and 40% is proactive outreach (calls, emails, Instagram DMs). Weekend availability required. Responsibilities • Make 80–120 calls daily to engage and convert leads. • Manage and organize leads in our CRM (LeadConnector). • Book free trial sessions — volume matters. • Follow up with visitors who haven’t signed up yet. • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social. • Handle inquiries for birthday parties, beginner classes, and performance memberships. • Keep detailed notes and coordinate with on-site staff. Qualifications • 2+ years of proven phone-based sales, cold-calling, or appointment-setting experience (required). • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding quotas. • Customer-service-only backgrounds will not qualify. • Fluent in English and Spanish (required). • Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely. Compensation & Growth • Full-Time: 40 hrs/week (including weekends). • Base Pay: $18–$20 / hour + tiered commissions ($25–$50 per sale). • Performance Bonuses: up to $500 monthly + extra for fast lead response. • Estimated Earnings: $45K–$70K +/year (uncapped). • Remote work environment + room to advance as we scale nationwide.
