Bilingual Dispatcher
Job Overview:
We’re a growing transportation company working with OTR and regional drivers across the U.S. — currently focused on Texas sand hauling and general freight. Our team values honesty, fast problem-solving, and strong communication. We’re now hiring a bilingual dispatcher (English & Spanish) to help us manage and grow a reliable driver fleet.
Details:
Monday-Friday
1+ Year of experience preferred
English and Spanish
Duties:
• Dispatch drivers hauling a variety of loads — including sand, hopper, flatbed, and dry van
• Communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking drivers
• Book loads, negotiate rates, and track freight using dispatch tools and load boards
• Handle check-ins, routing, and in-transit support
• Monitor driver hours, log compliance, and delivery windows
• Coordinate directly with brokers, shippers, and receivers
Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
• 1+ year of U.S. freight dispatching experience preferred
• Familiar with dispatch tools, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), Google Sheets, etc.
• Able to work flexible Monday–Sunday hours (rotation or split-shift welcome)
• Strong communicator, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple drivers
• Bonus: Experience with sand hauling, hopper bottom, or oilfield dispatching
