Bilingual Data Entry Associate
Bilingual Data Entry AssociateWe are seeking a highly skilled, Bilingual Data Entry Associate to maintain the integrity of our community resource directory. This role offers $22/hr and is crucial in ensuring our records are up-to-date and reliable, as you will be responsible for contacting referral contacts to verify and update essential information.Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to referral contacts to confirm contact and organizational details
Complete update forms accurately and maintain detailed records
Respond to voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner
Use various software platforms to input and manage data effectively
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency and quality across records
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, or Creole
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, credentialing, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
