Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish) – Part-Time
One of our trusted partners is currently seeking Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in both Spanish and English!
This remote opportunity is open to candidates residing in New York State and offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours.
Position Details:
• Start Date: Monday, July 28
• Part-Time Hours: 16 hours per week
• Training Schedule (First 3 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer support via high-volume inbound phone calls
• Deliver clear and accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
• Exhibit empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain digital records
Qualifications:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Resident of New York State
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
• Able to provide 1–2 professional references
• Available to begin Monday, July 28
