Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a trusted representative of the SimplyInsured brand, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email, helping to navigate our online insurance shopping experience and resolve administrative and billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist potential customers with obtaining quotes and navigating our online platform
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and thorough manner
Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to provide top-notch support
Collaborate with our Support team to propose process and product solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills
Highly productive with excellent multitasking skills
Passion for helping people, particularly with their health and wellness
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools
Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonus eligibility and stock options based on performance.
