About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling snack food products and promotions to our assigned customer base. Your primary goal will be to grow our accounts' profit, revenue, and traffic, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate and complete customer orders.

Key Responsibilities


Follow procedure by adhering to a schedule and answering calls in English or French language queues
Address customer concerns and issues according to procedure, using issue resolution and follow-up to handle a variety of questions and customer service needs
Sell our portfolio to existing and new customers, positioning yourself as a snack foods expert
Use best call guidelines to turn calls into a positive experience for our customers
Proactively partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate and complete customer orders, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality service


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and processing skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints in a calm and polished manner
High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining accurate customer orders
Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
High school graduate or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a focus on snack food products or a related industry
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
