Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Pension Administration

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will assist pension plan participants with inquiries regarding their benefits and retirement options, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process. Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls from clients and their employees, including follow-up calls Address inquiries from pension plan participants regarding benefits, eligibility, and pension options Provide accurate and timely information on pension plans and retirement benefits Assist participants with pension documents, forms, and online portals Handle client concerns and escalations professionally and empathetically Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction Stay informed on pension regulations and policies Skills Fluency in both English and French with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite Previous experience in customer service or call center roles Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Ability to work in a team as well as independently College or University diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus Proficiency in customer service software is a plus Knowledge of pension plans is beneficial but not required Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family Flexibility to work in-office, virtually or a combination of both Generous company matched pension Opportunity to give back to communities in which we work, live and serve Career growth and learning & development opportunities to develop your skills And much more… Company Overview Second largest Canadian telecommunications company.
