Job Summary As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance - Spanish English, you will be part of a team that supports government contracts and provides critical services to US residents in need. You will work remotely, using a variety of communication channels, including voice, email, and chat, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and understanding. Key Responsibilities Consult with customers on available services that can support their situation Provide solutions to customer needs via voice, email, or chat Respond to customer inquiries with active listening and empathy Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer experience goals Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 6 months or more of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English Computer experience and proficiency in using technology Bilingual in English and Spanish US citizenship, as this role requires a government clearance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a government contract or public trust clearance role Familiarity with customer experience software and technology Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to: Be proactive and take initiative to resolve customer issues Be empathetic and understanding, with a customer-centric approach Be able to work independently and as part of a team Be flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn What We Offer Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.20, plus an additional $4.41 per hour for the first 40 hours in lieu of health benefits for this temporary role.
