Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) Leadership Role in a Growing Start-Up
Malibu Coast Studios, a fast-growing U.S.-based start-up, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer support for our game titles, including Baddie.com, Gangsters.com, and Coinleone.com. This is a freelance position with significant growth potential, where you will have the opportunity to shape our entire customer... service structure.
You will work independently, reporting directly to the CEO and COO on a weekly basis through a dedicated 1:1 line with the management team. Your ability to solve problems autonomously and take initiative will be key, as we aim to grow into a billion-dollar company. Youll be instrumental in laying the foundation for our customer service operations, with the possibility to build and lead a team in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, focusing on payment-related issues.
- Report weekly to the CEO and COO, with direct communication with the leadership team.
- Play a key role in developing and scaling our customer service processes.
- Use your freedom and independence to problem-solve and make decisions that shape the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Customer service experience is mandatoryapplications without it will not be considered.
- Experience leading or managing a team is a plus.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is highly preferred.
- Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
