Bilingual Customer Service Rep. - Medicaid - REMOTE WITHIN ARKANSAS
Spanish/English Customer Service Professionals needed for Work-From-Home Long Term Temp (there is no end date to this assignment!) Position for the Arkansas Medicaid Service Center! MUST LIVE IN ARKANSAS.
This position will require that you handle high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid recipients calling with questions regarding their coverage/benefits. Great customer service skills are a must!
$16/hour to start with the possibility of joining long-term contracts and moving quickly to $17/hr with promotion, generally within a year. Work laptop provided!

REQUIREMENTS:
• Typing of 25 wpm or more
• Spanish/English Bilingual
• Average knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Hours: Monday-Friday, must have open availability from 7:30am-5:30pm (some overtime opportunities required)
• Drug free and nicotine free environment. Candidates will be tested for both prior to hire.
• A criminal check will be conducted prior to hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years Customer Service experience.
• Strong, consistent work history is a must.
• DHS Child and Adult Maltreatment Background Checks will be conducted.
• COVID 19 Vaccination Required
• Must reside in Arkansas
Job Responsibilities:
• Call Center - Medicaid calls for the State of Arkansas - This includes the resolution of customer/client requests including research, referrals, policy reviews, documentation and follow-up in accordance with established policy/procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers and/or recipients
• Learn new computers programs (with training)
• Maintain professionalism with difficult clients
• Ability to problem solve, prioritize with strong time management skills
• Maintain confidentiality
