Key Responsibilities
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
Dispatching technicians and managing job assignments to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
Accurately entering client information, payments, and confidential data into our system
Maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity
Coordinating with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns
Maximizing efficiency and productivity in dispatch operations to meet customer expectations
Performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Bilingual skills (English and Spanish fluency)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven experience in a customer-facing or dispatch role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar systems
