Bilingual Construction Project Manager - Roofing & Insurance Restoration (Remote)
Serene Construction LLC is a fast-growing residential roofing and insurance restoration contractor operating in ~30 states. We manage complex insurance claims from inspection through final inspection — GAF-certified, Xactimate-fluent, and built around a remote-first project management model.
We are hiring a fluent Spanish/English bilingual Project Manager who can own jobs end-to-end: scopes, subs, schedules, carrier communication, and margin. This role is the operational core of how we deliver for homeowners.
Spanish fluency is a core requirement, not a preference. A significant portion of our homeowner and subcontractor base communicates primarily in Spanish.
What you'll own
• Develop scopes of work for residential roofing, restoration, and mitigation projects
• Manage subcontractor bids, selections, and field performance
• Coordinate project schedules and material deliveries across multiple states
• Communicate directly with homeowners, inspectors, and insurance adjusters (in English and Spanish)
• Ensure code compliance, GAF manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
• Monitor job-level costs and gross margin — your bonus depends on it
What we're looking for
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required
• 2+ years experience in residential roofing, insurance restoration, or related construction PM
• Familiarity with insurance claim workflow: supplements, Xactimate line items, ACV vs. RCV
• Comfortable in remote operations: JobTread, HubSpot, CompanyCam, Slack, JustCall
• Strong communication skills with subs, homeowners, and carriers simultaneously
• Based in Florida (or willing to work on Eastern time)
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage 15–30+ active jobs concurrently
Gross Margin Accelerator — how bonuses work
Your quarterly bonus is formula-based and tied directly to the gross margin performance of projects you manage. Company target baseline is 35% GM.
Below 35%: No bonus
35% – 38%: 5% of profit above the 35% baseline
38% – 40%: 10% of profit above the 35% baseline
Above 40%: 15% of profit above the 35% baseline
Calculated on closed projects per quarter. Up to 10% holdback for 60 days for warranty/adjustments.
A PM running $1M of revenue per quarter at 40% average GM earns approximately $25,000–$30,000 in annual bonus on top of base — every dollar funded by margin you protect.
